  2. Enhance an organization's ability to better serve their customers

Using active listening, stakeholder management, collaboration, and understanding the customer’s needs I seeking an opportunity to enhance areas such as client relationships, program & delivery operating models, success measurements, and RoI frameworks.

I am energized by the opportunity to enhance the organization’s ability to service its clients. Using human-centered design techniques such as design thinking, persona mapping, and journey mapping to enhance the clarity of the client’s experience and then identify the moments that matter.
